Very friendly and helpful staff all the way from reception, doorman, breakfast staff.
Very nice and large room as well.
The only part that could be a little annoying which appears to be common across China hotels is that even in the rooms you smell cigarettes smoke probably due to the ventilation system being connected. The no smoking sign is everywhere but at the same time you see an ashtray placed that.
